The Expertise Behind Healthcare Innovation

Highlighting the industry leaders and domain experts driving LaborLytics® to transform healthcare management through actionable intelligence.

David Clement is the CEO and President of Health Qlix. In a career spanning over 40 years, he has focused exclusively on helping hospitals and healthcare organizations manage labor to volume.  To fulfill that mission, over the course of his career he has successfully launched and established two different software companies and software platforms resulting in two of the most widely adopted and critically acclaimed labor management software applications ever introduced to the industry. Cost Systems Group, Incorporated (CSG) was his first software company and was founded in the early 1990’s.  CSG was the developer of Visionware, the first commercially available daily productivity tool ever introduced to the healthcare industry.  And more recently, with the founding of Health Qlix and the development of its flagship LaborLytics® software platform, he has again brought exciting and important innovation to the industry. David has been driven by a simple ideal – to make a difference in the world of healthcare.  To that end, he has been uniquely successful in melding innovative technologies which leverage deep domain insights, with an unwavering commitment to providing unparalleled and exceptional customer experiences.  He is also extremely proud that these ideals are fully shared and on display throughout the entire Health Qlix organization.
