About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an exceptional executive to manage customer relationships and large scale LaborLytics® implementation projects. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Client Services, you will lead (and assist in performing) those activities required to fully implement LaborLytics® in new client environments as well as establishing and maintaining exceptional client relationships. Your primary focus will be to provide extensive domain expertise around our solutions and to lead complex projects to successful outcomes while serving as the face of Health Qlix to our customers.

To be successful in this role will require confidence, initiative, strong communication skills, and a willingness to actually get your hands dirty and help implement and/or extend the implementation of our solutions. Experience with productivity, staffing analysis and associated analytics is essential (especially in a healthcare setting). Must be able to comfortably communicate with and inspire confidence at client C-Suite level.
