About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an exceptional Implementation Consultant to install and implement our LaborLytics® solutions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Client Services, you will perform those activities required to fully implement LaborLytics® in new client environments as well as lending technical assistance in supporting existing clients. Your primary focus will be to configure, test, and troubleshoot new implementations in our client environments and assist with customer trainings.
As a small but fast growing company, there is lots of excitement and lots to do. Each day brings new challenges and new opportunities to succeed. To be successful in this role will require talent, initiative, strong technical abilities, and a willingness to continue to grow and learn. Experience with Microsoft Office applications is essential (especially Excel) with experience in SQL and ETL/interface configurations very desirable.
