David Clement

President and CEO

David Clement is the President and CEO of Health Qlix Incorporated.  David is a recognized thought leader in the industry and has over 30 years of experience in helping hospitals and other healthcare organizations reach their labor and cost management goals.  Prior to co-founding Health Qlix, David was a co-founder and the COO of Cost Systems Group, Incorporated (CSG).  CSG is perhaps best known for developing Visionware® – the most widely adopted analytics and productivity monitoring application ever introduced to the healthcare industry up to this point.  Upon the sale of CSG products and technologies to Kronos Incorporated, David developed and led the labor analytics business for Kronos for several years.  David has an unparalleled track record of practical innovation and a unique blend of both hands-on and senior-level management experience in all areas of a software and services organization including consulting, customer support, product development, product engineering, and sales and marketing.  With the introduction of LaborLytics® and other planned offerings, David is excited to continue to lead the industry in introducing innovative and disruptive technologies to help meet some of the industry’s most complex challenges.

Jim Helmuth

Vice President Product Development

Jim Helmuth is the Vice President of Product Development for Health Qlix Incorporated and has over 25 years experience engineering labor cost management and analytics applications. Prior to co-founding Health Qlix, Jim held leadership roles in product engineering for both Cost Systems Group, Incorporated (CSG) and Kronos Incorporated. Jim is a long time disciple of agile development and has long history of successfully delivering innovative, sophisticated, and high quality products in rapid development environments. Jim’s work experience also includes software engineering at Contact Software International – the original developers of ACT!.
